Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends addresses the former relationship and the individual’s part in that relationship. It is based on the work of psychologist Dr. Bruce Fisher and is designed to help you work through the ending of a love relationship. By gaining a better understanding of yourself and the recovery process, these sessions help you to build better relationships with those around you by turning stumbling blocks into building blocks. Participants are given a book and a workbook with weekly take-home assignments. Small group discussions focus on the material covered and insights gained from the homework. After working through the stages of loss, discussion moves forward to issues related to living a single life. These include trust, relatedness, friendships, sexuality, love and freedom.
